Microsoft has been working hard on their Bing mobile search site; they have now made it touch-optimized, ideal for iPhone, Verizon Imagio, Zune HD and other touch-screen devices. Microsoft has also made certain that its Windows Mobile 6.5 supports touch-screen functionality. According to eWeek, the latest bunch of touchscreen smartphones has made it vital for developers of mobile software to offer support for this feature. It is not just the latest bunch of cell phones that offer touch-screen features, the latest bunch of tablet PCs and media players also offer this feature. Microsoft have said that they will offer its touch-optimized support for these other devices “over the next couple of months.” iPhone users can now access Bing direct from their devices now, their browser will direct them to m.bing.com
