We all know that a baby kangaroo is a joey, a baby pig is a piglet, and a baby dog is a puppy. But what the heck do you call a baby turkey? Paw Nation has your answer: A baby turkey is called a poult, pronounced the same as the longer poultry. Baby turkeys look remarkably similar to baby chicks, just with longer necks and the very beginnings of a growth on the tops of their little heads
